Retail Marketing Campaigns

Working with our customers to drive sweet onion sales and consumption is our top priority. Whether our signature promotions, seasonal campaigns or customized retail activities, maximizing sales is our priority.

Our programs have helped us raise funds for scholarships, support food banks and even leverage seasonal partnerships with the American Cornhole Organization.

Season of Giving

Growing America’s Farmers

Tis the Season of Giving

First launched in 2020, Season of Giving was a call to action to support families in need during the holiday season. Four years later, nearly a dozen retailers have worked hand in hand with G&R Farms to raise awareness for food insecurity and support hunger awareness campaigns around the country.

Promotions run November through December and include point of sale materials and PR.  Each retailer chooses their own local charity and the funds raised are based on set donation amounts per each box shipped during the promotional period. To date, more than $100,000 has been raised for charitable causes.

Growing America’s Farmers

SUPPORTING THE NEXT GENERATION OF AG PRODUCERS

The retail program, Growing America’s Farmers (GAF) raises funds to support scholarships and grants for students pursuing degrees in production agriculture through the National FFA (formerly Future Farmers of America) Program. The future of every food product is reliant on the successful transition of farms and ranches to the next generation of producers and retailers across the country understand that challenge. Thanks to more than a dozen retail partnerships, this program has helped raised over $400,000 for FFA member scholarships and grants and continues to expand and raise awareness for the importance of agriculture in our food systems.

The GAF marketing program can be tailored to each retailer’s internal needs, and includes:

Charitable Scholarship Donation in Retailer’s Name

Digital Marketing (including geotargeting and social)

In-Store Displays & POS materials
